Naomi O'Taylor

Naomi was born in Northern Ireland to a German mother and Irish father and grew up bilingually. She started acting in her late 20s, first appearing on stage in two German productions at Altonaer Theater. She went on to perform in a number of English productions, playing Mary Musgrove in an adaption of Jane Austen’s PERSUASION, the lead role of Bella Manningham in GASLIGHT and the comedic role of Rose Macinerny in DEATH IN HIGH HEELS.

In 2019 and 2020 she acted in a number of short films (English and German) which are due to be released in 2020 and as Celia in an English production of CALENDAR GIRLS (based on the 2003 movie). She was also cast in a supporting role in the episode FRUST – DAS MAGAZIN of satirical TV-Show TV-ZYKLUS, by and with German comedian Olli Dittrich.

  • As of March 2020 she is rehearsing to play the lead role in the one-woman play IPHYGENIA IN SPLOTT, which will be performed at Centro Sociale in Hamburg in April 2020.
