The Team

Gerrit Oehlmann, our German producer, has a background in software development and graphic design. He has supported several of our film projects, both as a visual consultant as well as producer. Besides 'Water under the Bridge' and 'Minus x Minus' he can count the short film 'Synchronize' as well as 'Leftovers' among his references. Gerrit Oehlmann lives and works in Bremen.

Originally from Poland, UK-producer Kasia Skibinska spent 14 years in Berlin/Germany, where she completed her university degree in English and East European Studies and began working in film, first as events manager and film programmer, and later festival producer for britspotting, the British & Irish Film Festival. She also spent time training at Wim Wenders' Road Movies. After moving to London Kasia worked with producer Nick O'Hagan and the British Council. Her latest film "Wojtek - the Bear that Went to War", UK/Ger/PL co-production enjoyed a world-wide audience of 5 million.

Writer/director Cedar D. Wolf was educated at The Lee Strasberg Studio (later known as the Method Studio) as well as the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, CA. Apart from being a writer and director, Cedar ran the 'Shakespeare for Dummies' TIE programme and worked in fringe theatre before turning her attention to film in 2009. Her works include 'Water under the Bridge', 'Minus x Minus' and 'Leftovers' as well as the slightly darker 'Synchronize', for which she also collaborated with Thomas Loos.

Thomas Loos was born and raised in Bremen and currently works as a freelance production manager and director of photography. He can count the short documentary 'Return to Niger', various TV events and music videos among his references and perfected his craft while working as a camera assistant for productions such as 'Glück' and 'Sommer in Orange'. He is the managing director of Bremen-based production company 'Thomas Loos Medienproduction' and currently works on the documentary films 'Blood Brothers' and 'School's Out', both of which are in their early development stage.
